Our team member, Jaired, visited itSMF Netherlands to chat with Executive Assistant, Jolanda Wit-van der Pol.
itSMF Netherlands is the largest IT Service Management knowledge platform in the Netherlands. Through its itSMF cafés, annual conferences, keynotes, magazine and intranet ‘Connect itSMF’, itSMF provides communication & knowledge between all of its members. itSMF Netherlands works together with itSMF International, comprising of more than 50 chapters worldwide.
When asked what Jolanda’s first impression of Nimsys was, she told us:

She provided an example from when the company moved into SPACES Rode Olifant in The Hague:
"We had to change our move-in date a few times when moving into SPACES, but this was not a problem for Nimsys. They were extremely flexible in getting our IT services set up.”
Jolanda also gave an example of great customer service:
"I called Nimsys with a question regarding my printer. After taking a thorough look at their system, they advised me to contact SPACES because the issue was with the building’s main printer, which Nimsys does not manage. I liked that they helped me, even thought it was not their problem".
