Our team member, Liza, paid a visit to our very first customer in Spaces Zuidas, Integrated Systems Events (ISE) and spoke with Operations Manager, Danielle Inostroza.
What is Integrated Systems Events?
Integrated Systems Events organizes the largest annual AV exhibition in the world, Integrated Systems Europe. More than 65,000 international visitors and 1,100 exhibitors meet for a period of four days, spread over 14 halls at the RAI Amsterdam. This venue is currently the most central hub in the world in the field of AV systems & integration. On the South Axis, the ISE team are involved in the operational segment of the market, coupled with focused customer service.
"We were the third company to move into Spaces Zuidas, and from the first day we were in contact with Nimsys. Since there were very few companies in the building at the time, Nimsys’ service was always prompt, friendly and very attentive. The beauty is; the quality of service is just as high 6 years later. Even with multiple buildings to manage and many more customers, we can still count on the commitment and speed of Nimsys. They still give us the feeling that ISE is their only customer, we find that very unique. Whenever we need help, they are there for us.
Given the growth of our company and the developments in our industry, we often need new hardware such as laptops, monitors, printers etc., and also assistance in the systems we use.
