GoldRepublic has been a Nimsys customer for two and a half years. Sharon van Leeuwen, Account & Office Manager at GoldRepublic, gives us a testimonial of her experiences with Nimsys.
When asked how Sharon would describe to others, she told us:
Nimsys is our IT provider for Internet and telephony. What I like about Nimsys as an IT provider is that we can always call them with questions concerning any and all IT issues. We receive a rapid response for both small and large questions, and they are always prepared to assist us fully. It is also nice to know that there is a dedicated team member for us as a company. This person is often on site and knows our network and infrastructure well.
You have been a Nimsys customer for quite a while now, what would you says does best for you as an IT provider?
The strength of Nimsys is that they are close to their clients. This can be seen in the personal communication. We maintain steady contact with our dedicated team member. He stops in to the office just to ensure that everything is satisfactory and see if we have any questions. Nimsys is always thinking about their clients.
